What to include
To help us resolve issues faster, include:
- Your account email or phone number used for Adey
- Your device model and OS version
- Whether you are on iPhone or Android
- What happened, what you expected, and when it happened
- Screenshots if the issue is visual or purchase-related
Common topics
Billing and subscriptions
Subscription purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. If you are missing Premium access after a purchase, email us with the account you used and a screenshot of the receipt or subscription page.
Account and safety
If you need help with verification, reports, moderation decisions, or account access, contact support directly so we can review your case.
Bug reports
If the app freezes, glitches, or a feature fails, send us the exact screen and steps to reproduce it. That usually matters more than a long description.
